What Data We Collect and Why

The personal data we collect depends on which service you use. Below is a clear breakdown by service.

Fashion Filter — Free Style Quiz

  • First name and email address

  • Quiz responses and style personality result

Purpose: To deliver your quiz result and send you relevant follow-up communications.

Fashion Filter — €49 Style Profile

  • All data from the free quiz

  • Payment confirmation data, processed by Stripe

Purpose: To process your payment and deliver your personalised style profile.

Personal Colour Analysis — €275

  • All data from the free quiz

  • Phone number and country

  • Portrait photographs submitted by you

Purpose: To complete your colour analysis and schedule your feedback call with Nerine. Portrait photos are retained as part of your ongoing client record.


Personal Style Analysis — €1,495

  • All data listed above

  • Date of birth, gender, and body measurements

  • Notes and records from in-person and remote consultations

Purpose: To deliver your full personal style analysis. These records are retained as part of your long-term client relationship with Nerine.


Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under GDPR:

Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the service you have purchased or registered for.

Consent: Where you have actively opted in, for example to receive our newsletter or marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Legitimate interests: For example, retaining client records to support an ongoing consulting relationship, where this does not override your rights.

Legal obligation: Where we are required to retain data by law, for example for tax and invoicing purposes.


How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Free quiz data (no purchase): retained for 12 months from the date of completion, then deleted.

  • Payment and invoicing records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law.

  • Colour analysis photos and records: retained for the duration of your client relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Personal style analysis records (date of birth, gender, body measurements, consultation notes): retained for the duration of your client relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Marketing email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.


Third-Party Services and Data Processors

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by their own GDPR-compliant privacy policies.
